How does our virtual care work?
There are two ways of accessing our virtual sexual healthcare:
Option 1: With a consultation
If you’re not sure about what tests you need and when, would like to discuss your case with a specialist or have tested positive elsewhere, please book a consultation (see below for how this works).
Option 2: Without a consultation
If you know exactly what tests you need and when and you are not looking for advice then you can select the STIs you’d like to test for, add them to your cart and pay for them at the online checkout (skip to step 6 below).

1. Book your consultation
We offer either telephone (with the option of e-mailing confidential pictures) or video consultations.
We will discuss what tests and/or treatment you may need. You will also be able to ask any questions you have.
Approx. 10-15 minutes long (but can be longer if you need)
2. Meet your specialist
If you have booked a telephone consultation, your clinician will call you at the agreed upon time (from an anonymous number).
If you have booked a video consultation, we will provide you a unique link 10-15 minutes before your appointment that you can access from your computer.
3. Discuss your sexual health
We will cover your sexual history, medical history and any other questions you may have.
We will then discuss what tests/treatments you may need, if at all. You will of course be able to ask any and all questions throughout this process.
If you have any pictures you would like to show your specialist, we will share an email address to send them to (please specify at the time of booking).
4. Confirm tests/treatment
After having discussed your sexual health and any questions you may have, we will end the call confirming how you would like to proceed.
These details will be passed onto our receptionist so they can begin to make arrangements for you.
If you would like some time to think about it, you can always get in touch with us at a later time to confirm your decision.
5. Make payment
After you have finished your consultation, our medical receptionist will call you (or you can call us) to discuss any logistical questions you may have.
We will then collect payment for any tests or medications you may require over the phone.
Alternatively, we can email you an invoice along with our bank details if you would prefer not to call.
6. We’ll post your items
For appointments/orders before 4:00pm, we will dispatch the kits/treatments on the same day.
They are sent first class and should be with you the next working day. If you want to upgrade your delivery, this can be discussed whilst making the payment.
Alternatively, you may wish to collect the kit from our clinic at a time of your choosing (please let us know in advance of your arrival so we can be prepared for you).
8. Receive results
Your results will be emailed to you within 4 working days of our lab receiving your home test kit.
Should you have any questions in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to give us a call.
9. Treatment if positive
If your test turns out to be positive, your clinician will call you to discuss your treatment options. After collecting payment for the medications, we will post them out to you (on the same day if ordered before 4:00pm).
